    The Bowflex VeloCore Bike allows you to modify your ride, transitioning from stationary to leaning mode to amplify your workout. Intensify the challenge with 100 magnetic resistance levels, easily adjusted with the red knob in front of the saddle. Activating the control within the handlebars lets you switch up your session at the press of a button. With the added option of leaning, you can tone all major muscles including the arms and core, with each turn. Expert guidance paces each ride for all fitness levels.

    The integrated 16” touchscreen display makes tracking your progress effortless, displaying metrics like time, interval, distance (km or miles), calories, burn rate, heart rate (armband included), cadence, and resistance. And to keep you motivated, explore the Bowflex VeloCore  JRNY membership. JRNY adapts to your fitness level and guides you through daily workouts. It also has instructor-led workouts, scenic destinations, and offers access to streaming services like Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+ (subscription required). Compatibility with Peloton® and Zwift® makes it easy to track your cadence, resistance, and heart rate through their apps (smart device or smart TV needed).
