How can I place an order?

You can buy online, by phoning our national  Sales & Service team on 01536 802333 or in-store at our Beaconsfield showroom - 01494 675438.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept various payment methods by card including AMEX. Fast payments from GooglePay, ApplePay and AmazonPay as well as PayPal with some level of credit from Klarna. We do not currently offer finance options.


Where is my confirmation email?
Please be sure to check your junk folder for your confirmation email and any other correspondence from us at  Training Station. For information on your order simply drop our customer service team a message on Livechat or fill out our contact form which you can access here. 


Where is my order?
We will send you an email to confirm your order has been received with a link to your account where you can check the status of the order. You can place an order either using a guest account or your account login. You can access your account any time via the ‘Log In’ button on the top right of the website.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a link to track your order. If you have any further questions, please fill out our contact form which you can access here contact form or call our national sales team on 01536 80233 or if your local to our showroom 01494 675438. 


My order is missing items?

Our team will be in touch within 24 hours to resolve this issue for you and arrange a replacement.


I have received damaged items?

How do I request an invoice?

Cancellation & Returns


How do I cancel my order?
You reserve the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund prior at any time before the dispatch of goods. Custom orders may incur cancellation and restocking charges. We will always discuss these costs with you and aim to avoid such costs. Informing us of your intention to cancel as early as possible may reduce the additional re-stocking charge.
