How to pair up with Zwift

Some apps, like Zwift, pair directly to your equipment using Bluetooth FTMS technology. Other apps, like Peloton, only allow you to pass data through a Bluetooth heart rate monitor (included with Studio Series Treadmills). Most streaming workouts, like Apple Fitness + and Nike Run Club, do not require any treadmill connectivity at all to get the full experience.
