This treadmill comes with a range of pre-programmed workouts, including a goal-oriented series for time, calories and distance. The 9” multi-color LCD display simplifies tracking of key metrics, complete with a heart rate graph feature and handlebar pulse sensors to maintain optimal exertion levels. You can reach speeds up to 12 MPH, with 15 levels of incline, and direct access speed and incline keys on the console for quicker interval training. The handlebars have new rocker-style speed and incline shifters for immediate changes.
The Spirit XT685 Folding Treadmill includes an in-console USB charging port, Bluetooth speakers, and adjustable cooling fan for convenience. Connect to Zwift, Kinomap, Bluetooth headphones, and a wireless heart rate monitor (sold separately) with the built-in Bluetooth FTMS. A removable swivel-tilt tablet holder makes it easy to enjoy entertainment or take virtual fitness classes without hiding workout data. Dual water bottle holders and larger accessory trays offer extra storage.
